1. Delivery Options & Charges
Our delivery days are as follows:
Saturday morning deliveries and orders to non standard UK post codes i.e. channel islands, republic of Ireland and BFPO please contact us on 01709 571757 for shipping charges.
Delivery charges,
| 1st class post: | £4 2/3 working day delivery |
| Special delivery: | £7 (up to 2kg) 1/2 working day delivery |
| Courier: | £15 next working day |
| International deliveries: | £10.00 |
Please note: all orders over £40 will have to be sent via special delivery or courier depending on actual weight. To guarantee next working day delivery all orders need to be placed with us before 1pm.

2. Returns
- You will need your sales order reference number and the details of your problem.
